Dr. DeVries
travels several thousand miles each year speaking to youth groups, at camps, at conferences, conventions, camp meetings, to veterans and civic groups, at War Between the States re-enactments, in School and College chapel services, and in local churches all across the North American Continent.He is
available for pulpit supply, revival meetings, and Bible Conferences. He can also conduct seminars on the History of the Bible, Baptist History, and Bible Prophecy.When speaking to veterans and civic groups he will generally speak on the Christian Faith of America's Founding Fathers, the Great Revivals that swept through the Army camps during the War Between the States and/or on the Christian faith of various famous military leaders such as Robert E. Lee, "Stonewall" Jackson, J.E.B. Stuart, Douglas MacArthur, etc.
Dr. DeVries
accepts meetings on a "love offering" basis without consideration of the size of the church or group. He does ask that the church or group provide him with meals and a place to sleep during the length of the meeting.When preaching in churches he is always happy to knock doors, distribute handbills, make visits, or otherwise do anything he can to promote the services or help the pastor while he is in town for the meeting.
